It can last weeks, months or years and requires ideal and specific conditions for the maturation to take place in the correct way.
Like the Tecnoflux System plants that treat temperature and relative humidity, made with stainless steel air handling units with stainless steel cooling and heating coils, combined with a capillary-type air distribution system to treat each shape in the same way guarantee the same thermo-hygrometric content inside the premises, at any point.
In combination with the units there is the air exchange and product oxygenation system, sized to favor the desired final effects on the product.
